Pricing & Availability

All products are quoted in $US dollars. Shipping and sales tax, if applicable, will be added to your total purchase price. We make every effort possible to have our items correctly priced and have stock quantities up-to-date, but occasionally this information may be incorrect.  If the item you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of this and cancel your order for a full refund.

Shipping

Need an item expedited? Please contact us and we’d love to help you with your request. Most orders are shipped through USPS. You will receive an email from us when your item ships. We trust that your merchandise should arrive safely.  Please check all items for possible shipping damage upon receipt. If any damage has been found, please email pictures to askpiper@moderndogmom.com within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will help you file a claim with USPS for your shipment.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason you wish to return your purchase, please email askpiper@moderndogmom.com for return instructions. Please know that we will only accept returns of unused items within 30 days of purchase. Your original receipt is required for returns. The amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges. 
PLEASE NOTE:
 – Custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale and personalized items are non-returnable.

Cancelling your Modern Dog Mom Box Subscription

If you are unsatisfied or need to cancel your subscription, please visit  https://moderndogmom.com/my-account and cancel your subscription directly.  You can also update your account information, such as payment method or address through this link.
PLEASE NOTE:
– Cancellation requests must be received 7 days before your billing date or you will be charged for the following month.  
– If you subscribed during a bonus promotion and your subscription agreement has not run it’s full duration, you will be charged the value of the bonus item plus shipping, if it has already shipped. To help explain further:
— If you signed up for a 12 month subscription with a Pawty Package Bonus offer in July and received a bonus Pawty Package in September, but in November decided to cancel, we will bill you for the value of the bonus item you received as part of that bonus promotion.
— If you signed up for a 12 month subscription with a Pawty Package Bonus offer in July and have not yet received the bonus Pawty Package, then no additional charges will apply.
